2. 60 day money back guarantee policy start on the day your order is delivered.

3. Trial our product for at least 50 Days from date of purchase, but for no more than 60 days.

3. If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of our products, email a customer care representative to info@trymedex.com.

4. Once approved, return our product (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative, or we will send to you the shipping label.

5. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.

Real postage costs for the return of our products are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.

6. Once returned, our product purchase price (excluding shipping) will be refunded to you.
